Ontario’s new Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) came into force and the Ontario Business Registry was launched. NFPs and charities must now do an additional annual filing to the Ontario Corporate Registry.

Users accessing the Ontario Business Registry using a One-Key ID and password are required to follow a 15 step process to migrate their access to a new My Ontario Account.
